We made it through the second step of getting our Brownfield Plan approved… one more approval to go!

Brownfield programs are an important way to help get blighted, historically neglected properties cleaned up.

We’re grateful that our County has a Brownfield Authority that can help us find redevelopment incentives and opportunities.
